Our story begins with the vision of a boy in love with the desert and concerned about those who want to know the secrets of the transformation of what is found in Nature. How wheat can be turned into bread, olives into oil and grapes into wine. Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert in Europe, in Andalucia, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and stable temperatures of 17o, on average, between the Mediterranean Sea and Cabo de Gata Nature Park, and the frozen slopes of the Sierra Nevada Nature Park. The love for nature inspired this farm to have the utmost respect for the environment that surrounds it. Having highly qualified human capital that is sensitized to the search of quality, rigorous production processes and the latest extraction technology, we can guarantee not only high-end Extra Virgin but also a product which is much healthier.
